Although the Apple Watch does not track your sleeping habits, by using an app (Sleep ++ or others) you can record and analyze your sleep within the Apple Health app. She likes the weight and fell of the watch, not too bulky and can easily sleep with the watch on all night. Perfect for fitness enthusiasts or anyone who is still in love seeing watch on their hand. Light and not to bulky which is definitely a plus when running. Everything comes in nice package (watch, battery and charger) and its easy to set up. All needed steps are being displayed (1 after another) on the watch screen. 10-15 min and you are ready to go. Add or delete some Apps based on your preferences and you can count your steps, track daily activity or sleep patterns. Able to see texts messages and incoming calls without looking for the phone is a great option. The only minus I found so far is a battery life, as it has to be charged daily. Otherwise GREAT watch!"
